Rocket Relay Groups

Rocket Relay seminar 2: groups announced.

SATURDAY

As for the last seminar, we have pre-grouped dogs with trainers/lanes. We also group the audit slots, so as to make sure there is an even split of people on each side. Although the groups for the working dogs are fixed, if any of the audits of a burning desire to watch one of the dogs in the other lane, that is fine (as long as no lane gets very busy). As we said previously, the lane co-ordinators will let you know when to get your dog ready, so don't panic! We will explain this all again on the day, and the lists will be up too, but this just forewarns you. We have made sure that there is a sufficient gap between dogs from the same team, and that those from the same teams that are audit/working are in the same lane.

Please see at the bottom of this page, we have added the working dogs for Kelly/Aaron and also the audits for each lane. It is all in one document. If you don't see your name, please email us - mistakes do happen, so don't panic.

SUNDAY

This day is based around teamwork, warm-ups, problem solving, stridework and (we have been promised) much more! There will be morning lectures, and one at the end of the day too, so lots of practical work.

We have grouped the dogs into teams of 4-6 dogs to work in. They have been grouped on basis of the box they run on (the exceptions have already been contacted), and any dogs from the same team are together, or have run together in the past. We have also grouped the audits with these groups. You will all have chance to watch every group work, but we felt if we marked specific audits, they will be the ones to sit closest to the line during the head to head racing, and have the chance to get involved with putting props in, trying calling passes etc. It will be explained more on the day, so nobody worry. If you aren't happy with your group, for whatever reason, then please email us. We tried several different combinations and these seemed to be the most sensible for now.

There is one document below with everything you need to know. Again, if you don't see your name - let us know!
